ABS and PLA, which filament refills is better for 3D pen? many people discuss this: ABS is an oil-based plastic.
It is a strong, sturdy material that businesses widely use for constructing things such as plastic car parts, musical instruments, and the ever-popular Lego building blocks.
ABS engineering plastics has excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability,
electrical properties, abrasion and good chemical resistance etc.
In 3D printing application, ABS is commonly used in industrial grade printing due to its high strengh property.
ABS can print very fast. This material has the characteristic of being cold-collapsed and will partially fall off from the heating plate and hang up, causing problem. In addition, if the height of the printed object is very high, the entire layer may sometimes peel off. So, ABS printing can not be less heating bed, we suggest at least 60c above.
High strictly quality control:
1.All of our 3D pen filaments are 100% virgin material, never use recycled material to be sure it can use by children.
2.Before the mass production, our engineer always do the test to make sure that each batch of new raw materials must be printed by many 3D pens.
3.all 3D pen filament are packed by vacuum bags and good packaged.
4.We have 10 persons QC team to test the roll of refilamet refills one by one.
